Heart of Wyrmwood

14 years after she and her mother were chased from their home by the infamous Lich King, Squire the goblin is more than ready to take up her final task to be become a knight: A royal quest from the king of Wyrmwood himself! With her unique perspective and unlikely band of heroes, she's certain that she'll find the artifact she seeks and claim the title of knighthood. My name's Grace A. Lougheed, AKA tanager-scratch! I'm an illustrator & writer from Fargo, ND. I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with my BFA in Drawing and Illustration as well as a Certificate of Sequential Art back in the Spring of 2024. I have a love for whimsy, fantasy, and all things magical that I enjoy showcasing in my art. I pride myself on my use of vibrant colors, expressive character designs, and love for collaborative storytelling. I'm currently developing a four book fantasy series called Heart of Wyrmwood and am very excited to share my progress.Interested in my work? Feel free to reach out to me!
